Carbone Cartel has gone the extra mile to ensure we offer the best carbon products available in the market. We are so confident in our product that we are now offering a limited 1-year warranty on all carbon products sold after January 1, 2023.
Our proprietary process is designed to deliver the best ride possible, and we manufacture to strict and precise standards. On top of that, we conduct extensive quality control on each product prior to shipping to our customers. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship. Simple as that!
That’s why we stand behind our products with the following warranty:
This warranty applies to all original owners who purchase their product from a Carbone Cartel Authorized Dealer or directly from Carbone Cartel. Forks purchased through third-party sites are excluded from the warranty. An original receipt as proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty covers all manufacturer defects only. Damage due to products outside of normal use is not covered. Damage due to faulty installation is not covered. (Special care should always be taken when installing carbon bike components. We recommend having a professional complete the installation of our products. Cosmetic issues such as decals, mold lines, and visual imperfections including minor chips and scratches in carbon layup are excluded from this warranty.
